Greetings!

We (Kenn and Stacey, the owners) are just two local “Parkites” who have worked in the travel industry and airline business for many, many years. Combined, we have spent an infinite number of nights on the road and in hotel rooms. We know what we like when we are away from home, and we have integrated it all into our 2 studio hotel units – right here in Park City, our favorite place in the world!

We’ve built this website to give you as much information as we could think of to help make your decision on whether or not to stay at one of our condos – and to help you figure things out once you do!   If you can’t find the information you need, feel free to email us or call us at anytime.  We are around most of the time, so you should expect an answer (or call back) fairly quickly.

Unlike most vacation rental owners, we are local, so if you have any problems or questions during your stay, feel free to contact us while you are here as well!  We will do everything we can to make sure that you have a memorable vacation to Park City.
