Prospector Village is a quiet neighborhood centrally located in the heart of Park City, Utah.  In addition to our condo complex, you will find a neighborhood of single-family homes, townhouse, duplexes, restaurants, shops, and businesses.  You can walk to a variety of restaurants, a laundry mat, and other little shops.  If you don’t find what you need, you can always hop on the FREE bus, via the bus stop right outside our door!

The closest laundry mat is Yings Laundry Mat, located at 1792 Bonanza Dr, approximately a half-mile from our condo.  Click here for directions.

Silver Mountain Sports Club
is an upscale sports club, located steps away… in fact it is right on our grounds!  They have a full line-up of gym equipment, pools, saunas, hot tubs, etc.  There is a daily fee of $18 per day.

Directions: Hop on the RED LINE #1 bus, The Market at Park City (Snow Creek Dr., 7 minutes) and Albertson’s (13 minutes) are both stops on this route (no need to transfer buses).


INSIDER’S TIP: The Market at Park Cityis  a very nice grocery store, and generally less crowded than Albertson’s. AND – if you need to get liquor, wine, spirits, etc., the State Liquor Store is in the same parking lot, so you can take care of all your shopping needs in one trip!


Save the hassle of bringing your own equipment and money on checked baggage by renting your equipment here in Park City!  There are plenty of places to rent in town, but for just about the same daily rate, you can have them come to you via Ski Butlers conceirge service!  Your fitting will take place at the condo when you arrive and they pick everything up when you leave.  If something breaks or if something doesn’t fit quite right, they will meet you where ever you are with a replacement.
