Our condos are better than anything else you will get for this price.  We start at our very best rates, so please understand that we really don’t have any room to haggle.  However, keep an eye on our “hot deals” on the home page, as we frequently offer specials when we are looking to fill in the gaps on our bookings.

HOW TO BOOK Call us at 435.513.1225 or contact us. Your room is NOT confirmed until we receive 25% deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to reservation.

Cancellation Policy: A refund minus a 5% cancellation fee will be applied to all reservations canceled with more than 60 days notice. For cancellations received within 60 days of scheduled arrival date, all payments will be retained. Under unique circumstances and only if the subject property can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued less a 15% cancellation fee. Manager reserves the right to qualify. Security Deposit: We do not take out of pocket damage deposits. Your credit card will be filed, but not charged, for a security & damage deposit. Upon check-in, our management company will also run verify and update our records upon check-in for these purposes.
