  • The HOA does not allow pets, so please do not ask if we can make an exception.
  • 30 notice required from either party (landlord/tenant) to terminate the lease. Lease may be transferred from current owner to new owner and terms may be re-negotiated to reflect current market rental rates at any time with 30 days notice.
  • I will allow owner and/or licensed realtor into property at any time with 24 hours notice. I will allow open houses with 72 hours notice. I agree to keep property clean and uncluttered for showings and will vacate property for showings.
  • Owners may need to do some minor maintenance as the listing progresses and as realtor suggests (i.e. paint, maintenance and cosmetic repairs). Tenant will allow with 24 hour notice.
  • Monthly rent is $1700. Security deposit is $1700. Rent may be split as agreed between roommates on lease, however if any tenant leaves and the other stays, remaining tenant will take over full payments and/or find roommate replacement pending application acceptance.
