Welcome to our rental! We are excited to serve you and we know you will love our place. Please fill out this form at least 24 hour before your arrival so that we can property plan cleaning and add sufficient supplies for your group/family.

Checkout is 10am. Unfortunately, do to the popularity of our place and our enhanced cleaning protocol, it is very unlikely that we will be able to accomodate late checkouts this year. If you are skiing on your departure day, we recommend getting reservations at the resort parking and utilizing Mobile Luggage Valet (located in the base area, one block away). If you need parking for the day here, please let us know.

I agree not to allow pets on furniture or leave for extended periods of time alone. If we must leave the pet alone for any period of time, we will leave them in the downstairs bedroom with the door closed to help limit access to furniture, rugs and carpet in the townhome. I agree to pay for any damages to furniture, rugs, carpet caused by my pet.

note: 2 pet maximum. $25 per night – no puppies (i.e. over the chewing on furniture stage & potty trained). We also ask that you do not leave pets in the home alone for extended periods of time (ie. if you are skiing all day, please schedule a break or lunch back at the townhome).
