We are Park City locals and have been in the rental business since 2004.  Stacey is the master of technology, marketing and guest relations, while Kenn takes care of the maintenance.  We have earned and continue to hold the coveted “Superhost” and “Premier Host” status with the industry leaders on their booking platforms.

We offer a 40/60 split with the owner and only take properties that have the ability to earn 5 star reviews (and we will give recommendations on how to achieve that).
