  • You room key will give you access to the garage, and then you will need to pay $25 per day directly (you will pay this on site via provided QR codes in the garage). Village and public transportation around Park City is FREE. We do not recommend renting a car.

  • You will check-in at the front desk of the Sundial Lodge by name/ID. *If earlier than 4pm, you may check-in when you arrive and the front desk will store your belongings and give you access to the amenities. We cannot accomodate early check-ins to the room.

  • Latest checkout is 10am. Unfortunately, do to the popularity of our place and our enhanced COVID cleaning protocol, it is very unlikely that we will be able to accomodate late checkouts this year. If you are skiing on your departure day, you may store your bags with the front desk and request access to the amenities (i.e. pool, locker rooms, fitness, showers).

  • Travel Insurance & Cancellations

    We do have to stick to the cancellation policy that you agreed to on the booking engine you used to book. We recommend you consider purchasing trip insurance for the unexpected.  The cost is approximately 6%-7% of your total trip* through our partner, iTravelInsured.

  • Pets are not allowed, per HOA rules. Service animals must have proper documentation submitted at least 24 hours after initial booking.
  • Smoking is forbidden and subject to a fine.
