We are located just 0.3 miles from the Park City's Eagle and First Time lifts. It's an uphill walk, so if you choose to drive or drop-off the family/kids, you will bypass all the ski traffic as we are just around the corner from Park City Resort free parking lot. We are 0.6 miles from the start of Old Town and conveniently located on the free bus route (less than 4 minute ride to ski, dine, or shop and picks up every 10 minutes at the 7-11 which is just few steps away!). Great place in the summer to walk to the resort center for concerts and activities.

Great location. Easy walk to Main St. and great outdoor play area across the street. Although there was some confusion on the cleaner's end, once called Stacey responded immediately and made everything perfect. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for any cooking need. Highly recommend.

Great location, great amenities, free parking, pet friendly .. what else can you ask for? 5 min walk to the base for a day on the mountain and a 15 minute walk to town or you can take a free shuttle. Great hosts, super easy check-in/checkout 10/10!

Nicely located property. Comfortable with a communicative host manager who was responsive and polite.
Two challenges:
The check in for the front door used a downloadable App. It was hard to understand and once we figured it out, the App was broken and did not work. I'm not sure I could have figured it out even if it was working. Could be my age, but luckily... the property has a familiar 'old standard' lockbox in the back, so I am guessing it's possible that a few more folks may have needed that back up key to get in.
Also, there was no paper towels and one other item, but they were brought over to us upon request pretty quickly. It would have been nice to not have to bother these folks and/or not to have to ask.

This is a beautiful, spacious and comfortable townhouse. The beds were super comfortable and the chimney was amazing. It is located near everything, ski slopes, supermarket, restaurants. the kitchen is very well suited. We highly recommend this place. We love it!!!

This place was so bad that once we got in we left and booked a hotel.
To start we arrived there after driving 10 hours and with a child and we couldn’t find the locker with the key. We looked everywhere even the neighbors tried to help us find it but to no avail. I messaged the host who got back to me only a few hours later!!! Saying basically that the locker was there. Useless.
We were able to get in using an app but you needed to download the app set up an account wait for confirmation and then be able to use it to get into the house. It took us 1 hr to get in. Once in the place was truthfully not like the photos. Old, run down, the bathroom downstairs all stained and the soap dispenser in the shower had soap that looked rotten in there. I’ve never seen something like this. To add to the less than pleasant welcoming experience the house was full of bugs (we noticed a bunch of them outside when we were desperately trying to get in) that were seeping in through the cracked windows, both my daughter and I got bit multiple times just in the 10 mins we were there. I have never left a place before but we couldn’t stay in those conditions, so we left and booked a hotel, not cheap since everything was fully booked. I tried to get in touch again with the host the next day to jet them know we had never spent the night abs she never got back to me. If I could give zero stars I would.

My wife and I had a great experience staying in Stacey's place in Park City. The location is very convenient, close to the bike/walking path that will take you to a lot of great restaurants and shops. The park across the street was busy most of the time but never bothersome. We enjoyed catching part of the softball games in the evening when walking our dog. Overall, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. The beds were comfy and the sheets were soft. Can't ask for much more when looking for a place to stay. Thanks again!

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! The host communication was superb. The location was exactly what we wanted. The unit is steps away from the City Park, trails, playground, coffee shops and market. We even rented city shared bikes located in the park. The unit was well stocked with towels, comfortable mattresses, and had every kitchen necessity. Quiet, clean and location location location!

One of the things I most liked about this place is its excellent location. The ski lifts, the supermarket, the farmacy and the Main Street are all within walking distance. The house is very comfortable and cozy.

We didn’t rent a car and were able to walk to the slopes, Fresh Market, Starbucks, Walgreens and liquor store (they only sell beer at the grocery-no wine). Just don’t forget you have to carry back what you buy!

We needed to escape for a week and found the absolute perfect place to do so. The townhome had everything we needed for our stay - we cooked there almost every night! It even had 2 air conditioning units which kept us cool while we were working during the day in the hot summer months.
Stacey could not have been more helpful, responsive, or kind during our stay. We are truly thankful for her and all her help.

This townhouse was perfect for our family of 5. Stacey is an excellent host and was quick to respond to any questions. Although close to the base of PC Mountain, it is an uphill walk so we took the bus which was easy and convenient. We did walk to Main Street several times for dinner, (a charming 15 min walk). The unit was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. We highly recommend this townhome.

Great location! This space will accommodate 4 to 5 very comfortably. It was perfect for our group.
Enjoyed the ability to get around town by bus and walk to slopes so easily from this location. There’s also a 7-11 food store right next door that’s open 24/7 for quick grabs.
Beds were generally comfortable. The bunk beds had a minor squeak but tolerable. Mattresses and comforters were warm and plush. The fireplace (gas) was a pleasant area to gather and unwind in the evening. Walls are thin, so be aware of your noise as it may disturb neighbors.

Stacey's place is lovely and well positioned for a holiday in Park City! It's close enough to the action, but far enough away that you're not caught in the middle of everything. The house is decorated in a cute style with comfortable beds and a great fireplace. Check-in was super easy with the August Home lock and Stacey was so kind and really easy to communicate with!
