Ski-in/Ski-out luxurious, fully appointed modern loft. Mountain/slopeside views, floor to ceiling windows & private balcony. Small, friendly, quiet, boutique style complex within walking distance to gondola, dining, shopping, and Canyons village.

This luxury, boutique property is located in Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, the largest ski resort (a Vail/Epic resort) in the USA. Amenities include fitness center, pool, hot tubs, game room, ski lockers. Steps to restaurants, shopping, spas, ski/bike rentals, live concerts, apres ski, free village transportation, and spectacular views. Be sure to reserve this North-facing unit with views of the slopes and pool area (as opposed to units on the other side that have views of tall buildings and condos).
WINTER: Ski-in / Ski-out to Sunrise Lift*. Ski-out to Sunrise chairlift and ski-in via the Retreat ski run (weather/snow permitting). Ski conceirge on site to get you fitted (book with ski butlers) and store your gear (complimentary with rental or your own gear).
SUMMER: Summer operations** in the village include 18-hole, par-70 course, designed by renowned course architects Gene and Casey Bates, mini golf, Gondola rides, hiking trails, mountain biking trails, live concerts (offerings subject to change and available via Park City Resort).
SHOULDER SEASONS: When Park City Mountain is closed during the Spring and Fall shoulder seasons, enjoy the peace and quiet of this sleepy mountain village and small boutique property, with amazing views. A few restaurants are open year round in the village and there is plenty to do in Park City year round. This is a great time to enjoy the peace of Park City when the crowds are at bay! Park City is a small town and there are many activities and sites within a short distance, even with the village is on it's shoulder season hiatus.
*WINTER NOTE: This property is Ski-in / Ski-out, accessed by the lift "Sunrise Lift", weather and Vail dependant. Vail/Park City operates the lift access and we cannot guarantee its operation (it may be closed early/late season). When it is not operating, it is still mountainside/slopeside and the closest lift is Red Pine gondola which is easy to access less than city block walk away! No refunds for weather or operation issues.

Such an awesome place! Stacey was always available if I had any questions. Everything was very nice and clean. Such a fun place to stay! The only unfortunate part was that the hot tub and fire pit closes at 10.

My boys and I loved our stay in this beautiful condo. The location was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the amenities, view, comfort and safety. Stacey was a wonderful host! We had issues with our check in code. She fixed it immediately. We plan to stay here again next summer!

I stressed over the location of this trip forever. I went back and forth with so many choices for places to stay.
I am SO thankful I decided to pick this place. It is literally a 2 minute walk to main gondola. —-That’s with ski boots on!——-
I was confused as to whether we should stay in Canyons Village or Mountain Village when initially booking. Again, so thankful we chose to stay here at “Canyons”.
The house was very clean and had all of the supplies, utensils, toiletry items we needed.
I went and bought drinking water for our stay and then realized there is a filtered water system in the kitchen. That’s a nice perk.
The beds were comfy.
Showers are hot and have tons of pressure! Great after being on slopes all day!!
The area has a cute shopping center with many of your needs, but the market place in the village isn’t a “grocery store”. Stacey let us know that before we arrived.
The Ski Butler valet down by the lobby is awesome. Super easy.
Our kids loved the bunk beds.
I could go on and on but I’m beat!
We just arrived back home with wonderful memories!

This place is awesome!! The location is perfect, great views of the mountain and walking distance to restaurants and shops. If you’ve read about the construction, don’t worry! Like she says in her listing it’s at the front of the property and you can neither hear nor see anything from Airbnb! If you are going during this time (end of September) most things are closed down that are walking distance, but their are a few places open (a yummy burger joint) and downtown park city is a quick 10 minute drive. But this was not a negative, we absolutely loved how quiet, beautiful and peaceful it was. Sometimes felt like we were the only ones there and I loved that! Would definitely stay here again! Winter stays would be ideal for skiers as it is right by lift! But all year around, this is a great place!

This property was incredible! Met all our needs hands down! 5 star for sure! Amenities were so wonderful. Views were gorgeous, beds so comfy, everyone had their own baths, space and living area was very open and so comfortable! I’ll definitely stay here again!

Stacey is a rock star and her place was exceptional! She was quick to respond to anything we needed, and checked on us throughout the stay to make sure we were pleased. My kids loved the bunk room, it even has its own tv! We will definitely be back!
