Spacious chef’s kitchen, balcony, jetted tub, fireplace and washer/dryer.  Available for a 4 month lease starting May 1, with the possibility to extend month to month after September.  Fully furnished and well-stocked.  Kitchen supplies provided.   Linens and paper products not provided.

$1200 per month with a $100 cleaning/move out fee.
